Problem:

 To be in compliance with the OSHA stated coefficient of friction your floors need to measure .6 or above.  The ADA (28 CFR Part 36: 4.5.1 Public Law 101-336) requirement is even more stringent requiring a measurement of .7 or above for flat surfaces and .8 or above for ramps.  This is hard to achieve with conventional ceramic and stone surfaces.  Cleaning floors with the wrong product can even make things worse.
