Painters USA, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in our Glendale Heights, IL home office. We are an award winning commercial and industrial painting company that also provides exceptional service in industrial flooring, and commercial and industrial cleaning services for chemical plants, food and agricultural facilities and manufacturing buildings throughout the United States.

With over 200 employees, Painters USA has division offices in Glendale Heights, Dallas TX, Danville IL, and Houston TX. The Human Resources Manager responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the entire human resource function for the organization.

Key Functions of the Human Resources Manager

  • Review and recommend areas of improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters to executive management
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
  • Manage workers compensation insurance, claims and all related activities.
  • Facilitate employee enrollment in benefit plans including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan and other fringe benefits
  • Assist executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program
  • Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Manage all recruiting efforts throughout the company in collaboration with National Field Recruiter and division administrators
  • Maintain a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs.
