Painters USA, Inc. is seeking an energetic and highly driven Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. We are an award-winning commercial and industrial painting company that also provides exceptional service in industrial flooring, and commercial and industrial cleaning services for chemical plants, airports, and manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.

The Inside Sales/Appointment setter is responsible for working in tandem with the Outside Sales team to schedule their critical appointments to close business. This opportunity is available for both the full time and part-time employee. This position requires making 120 outbound calls a day, conducting light research to locate the decision maker, and doing follow-up calls as needed to further the customer relationships.

The right candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in making outbound sales calls in a call center, has basic computer skills, and is team oriented, yet can thrive working autonomously. We are striving to double the size of our business in the next 3 - 5 years, and the Inside Sales/Appointment Setter is integral for the new phases of our development.

Duties and Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative/ Appointment Setter Include:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling & lead follow-up
  • Set up appointments for one of the best Outside Sales teams in the country
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and build rapport
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to further develop leads and close business opportunities

Requirements for Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter Include:

  • High school diploma
  • Outbound business-to-business (B2B), appointment setting experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool preferred
  • A positive “can-do” attitude
  • Desire for continued growth and learning

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
