1. Where have you worked before?
I worked for a Commercial and Industrial Landscape Organization for over 12 years. Had experience working in all aspects of the organization from Operations to Sales to Administration.
2. Where did you get your degree from?
University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC)
3. What is your greatest professional achievement?
Having started in an Operations role in a new industry and over the years working up to an Executive role. I used my time in Operations to identify areas of opportunity to help build employee satisfaction and increase retention for the organization. Understanding that employees are the key to success and establishing initiatives geared towards making this a company mission helped create a culture people wanted to be a part of. This helped the organization thrive with qualified personnel in a highly competitive industry year after year.
4. What is your goal for the Painters USA family of companies?
My goal is for Painters USA, Inc. to be the name synonymous with Career Opportunities and “The place to be” in our industry. I want our entire staff to be the biggest advocates for PUSA where both industry professionals and new entrants to the industry will know that PUSA IS where they want to be.
