Industrial Painting

Interior and Exterior Metal Painting for an Industrial Property Manager

If you were to stop ten people on the street and ask what the purpose of interior paint is, you might find that most mention style, a couple will mention surface protection, and one will just look at you strangely and keep walking.

We would agree with these hypothetical people (except the one who walked away), but we also would add something else to the list of benefits that might not immediately jump to mind: safety.

Creating a Safer Industrial Property with Interior Paint

If there is an aspect of your facility that you want to draw special attention to for the sake of safety and efficiency, painting it a bright yellow is a good idea. In fact, there are specific colors formulated for this exact reason (definitely not something you would choose for your living room).

As an example, we recently finished a project for an industrial property manager who had a tenant moving in much faster than he had anticipated. A few points needed refreshing, and this included adding some brilliant new safety yellow paint.

As you can see in the photos above, it makes these important elements stand out starkly in a strategic way.

Once our client’s tenants are moved in and settled, we’ll also be electrostatically painting their machinery. Stay tuned for that!

What Can White Interior Paint Do for Your Industrial Property?

Speaking of adding a little brilliance, we also painted the interior walls white. Why? Well, it’s a bright and reflective color, bouncing light inside the space rather than absorbing it into dark walls. This is the same reason why many warehouse ceilings are painted light colors, and why investing in industrial cleaning to remove dirt that obscures your paint is a good idea.

A white surface is almost like adding another source of light in your facility, only it won’t run up your electric bill. What could be better?

Do You Have Industrial Painting or Maintenance Questions?

If so, the team here at Painters USA would love to be of service. From safety colors to stylish colors, and all the way to tough-as-nails coatings, we can help.
