We recently had an opportunity to do just that when we were contacted by a company that needed our industrial cleaning services, and quickly. They had an expensive CNC machine that they recently sold. The snag, however, was that it was a well-used floor model, covered in grease and coolant, and it needed to be shipped out in just a few weeks.

We shuffled our full production schedule around to accommodate their needs, in their timeframe. Then we got to work!

Our Industrial Cleaning Process

Because of the nature of this particular machine, many of the parts we needed to clean were incredibly delicate. We disassembled and cleaned these pieces by hand, carefully and systematically.

To get those hard to reach places, one of the smaller members of our team actually climbed inside the machine. Now that’s dedication!

The industrial degreaser that we selected for the job worked beautifully to remove all of the messy grease and coolant, bringing it back to a clean condition that was ready to ship to the new owner. When our client saw the finished product, they were so happy with the result that they immediately asked us to clean two more larger, and even more expensive, pieces of equipment. We look forward to working with and for them again in the near future, and were thrilled that we could help.
